The unit has a kitchen area including a stove, double sinks and half-height frig. It can be rented furnished, semi-furnished, or you can bring your own furnishings.

The studio is located close to Ketchum and the ski lifts.

Where it's located:

The property is located on West Canyon Run Blvd. This is great neighborhood that gets lots of sunshine.

It is an easy bike ride (or even a walk, for those wanting exercise) into town.

The KART bus stop is nearby, so you can easily catch the bus into town or to the ski lifts in the winter. If you like mountain biking or hiking, you can easily ride or hike to the Adam's Gulch trail system over the "Heidelberg Hill" shortcut.

Rent specifics:

• The rent is $600/month plus utilties, which includes electricty (varies, depending on how cold it gets), plus sharing the cost of cable tv and internet access (approx $20/month.
   
• I'm looking for a renter that is reliable, stable, and considerate. Nonsmokers only, and preferably no pets.
