The master bedroom is downstairs and has its own office area. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms plus a loft area with enough space to set up an entertainment area, workout equipment, another office, etc.

The kitchen includes a commercial gas range and two refrigerators. Two hot water heaters hooked in tandem provide plenty of hot water. The dining area is open and airy. The kitchen and dining room have terracotta tile floors.

The mother-in-law apartment includes its own kitchen area and is part of the detached garage. For somebody renting the entire property, it would also be an ideal detached office, artist's studio, guest room, etc.

Where it's located:

The property is located on West Canyon Run Blvd. This is becoming one of Warm Springs' hottest neighborhoods with huge 15,000+ square foot homes being built up the road.

It is a 1-mile walk or bike ride into town.

The KART bus stop is nearby, so you can easily catch the bus into town or to the ski lifts in the winter. If you like mountain biking or hiking, the trail over "Heidelberg Hill" to the Adam's Gulch trail system is nearby.

The loft area has two distinct sections. There is room for an entertainment area and an office, or whatever else you want to do with it.

This is one of the 2 larger upstairs bedrooms. This room gets lots of light through two windows.

This is the other good-sized bedroom upstairs. This room also has a sliding glass door that goes out onto a narrow, long balcony

The master bedroom also has an office off to the side (through that door on the left).

The master bedroom has a sliding glass door entrance to the outside, plus a window that lets in good light.

The office is large enough to set up a nice work area. It has lots of light through three windows along one wall. The interior is redwood and river rock (it used to be a hot tub room!).

This unit is behind the detached garage. It has a kitchenette and is broken up into two sections. Most people turn one section into their sleeping area and the other into the living area.

This is the main living area in the studio. That's the kitchenette area running along the righthand wall.

The kitchenette area has double sinks, 2-burner glow-type stove (high tech!), and a bar-style refrigerator. There is lots of cabinet storage space.

The bedroom area. There's room for a bed, dresser, and even a small desk.
