There are seven key things that separate Diana Chapman's coaching from all
others. Other coaches may utilize a few of these aspects, but
nobody combines them like Diana into such a powerful process for
transforming people's lives.
1 - Rewiring the Nervous System
Moving to a higher level of consciousness requires rewiring your central nervous system at a core level. Your current nervous system - the one straddled with your current problems and limitations - is incapable of handling the higher energetic levels required. Through the use of play and cutting-edge techniques, we bypass the limitations of the mental programming you likely currently work with, and reprogram the body's nervous system to accommodate and integrate this new way of Being.
The most effective methods are also so engaging - you likely won't even be aware of the changes taking place at a deeper level than you can imagine. But the result is that your nervous system is fundamentally changed to accommodate and perpetuate this higher level of living and Awareness.
2 - Commitment
Are you really ready to do this work? This work can be extremely challenging. You must learn to be vulnerable and to let go of your ego - to let it die.
Diana finds that many people - while they say they are 100% committed - in fact are not. Part of her initial consultation is to find that out. She'll determine whether you're really willing to take 100% responsibility for the issues you're wanting to change. If not, she'll see if that can be changed. If your answer is still "No", then there's no point in coaching any further, and I'll tell you that.
Making the changes in your life you desire requires you being
fully committed, so dig in deep to consider the journey you're
about to take. Your desire to change must be so strong that you're
willing to do the work no matter what. Diana won't lead you down
a path she doesn't think you're committed to its success.
3 - Using Play as growth
Play is perhaps the fastest way to integrate a new way of Being. Why? As Dr. Hubert Benson explains, "If you are anxious, you can't learn. It's like dropping seeds on concrete. With a quiet mind people take things in."
Play involves you and moves you into the heart space. You are engaged, receptive, and nonjudgmental. Your resistance is gone and new concepts move through you naturally and take hold with ease and grace. You can fully integrate new ways of "being".
Diana teaches her clients how to have fun with even their most painful emotions and situations. In the expanded space of play, they open up to resolutions seemingly unimaginable prior to this work. She uses play - not just because it's fun - but also to make your transformation easier, deeper and permanent.
4 - Body-centered learning
Ever heard the saying, "Your body is speaking so loudly that I can't hear what you're saying"? Get out of your head and into your body to find your truth; it reveals what your mind refuses to say. Diana teaches you how to learn your own body's language and how to access it reliably. When you learn to sense where energies are coming from and understand what they mean, you'll get true insights spontaneously.
Nor does it filter what it learns. Diana teaches you to access your body to upload and integrate a new life paradigm. This enables you to bypass your ever-vigilant Ego and its mission to manipulate your growth efforts. The transformational growth model Diana uses provides a flexible - yet comprehensive - structure based on whole-body learning and collaboration.
5 - Making an evolutionary shift to Unity
While we are each unique, a more encompassing perspective is that we are all unique expressions of the same Life Force - unified through a force seeking expression through everything that exists. But as man evolved, the mind got caught up in its own programming and separated itself from the whole. It fabricated the belief, "I am this body - separate from everything else."
Getting you reconnected with this Life Force is the essence of Diana's work; she helps you move back into its flow and tap into it. It is a place of Infinite Intelligence, a space where all you have to do is relax. As you gain experience being in this Unifying Force, you'll get answers to every question you've got. But you can't get there in your head; you have to get into your heart.
At the core, Diana's job is guiding you into this place one step at a time. It is what her many years in traditional and nontraditional coaching have trained and lead her to do so well.
6 - Self-Empowerment through Integrity
Integrity is a combination of truth, honesty and personal accountability. Truth enables you to see what is, honesty - to accept that truth, and responsibility - to own and take accountability for it. Integrity empowers you to integrate the truth and manifest the changes you desire.
The techniques Diana teaches help you to effortlessly bring your truths to light; think of as like having a virtual polygraph. As you learn to consistently do this, you'll likely find yourself being honest with yourself and others about everything. If you desire to live in the truth of who you are, is there any other way you'd rather be?
7 - Working with Change
As people become more awake to their own Being through Diana's work, many experience greater clarity and passion in their lives. They are pulled into action. Goals and objectives come into focus as never before. You know where you're headed, and you know what you need to do. Changing and shifting conditions no longer throw you off.
You accept the world on its terms and take action accordingly. It's like you're wielding a truth sword enabling you to cut to the essence of conversations, opportunities, and possibilities. You'll find yourself focusing like a laser on the activities that move you towards you goals, and letting go of the ones that don't.
